Arrow Sti Pistons Rods Rings

Does the STI PISTONS RODS and RINGS fit on a 2005 2.5rs engine?
If not what should be changed?

Yes, but its the crank that counts.....

If the crank is 75 mm throw, and the rods and pistons are set up for 79mm throw, then youl will be 4 mm short of the ideal quench.

He said 2.5 rs. I thought that had a 79mm stroke crank.

OOPS, I forgot, the sti uses 52mm rod journals. The 2.5 rs is a phase one motor. It has 48's. No, it will not work.

Um no. The RS uses the STI crank from 99+ ... You will be fine.

Question Thanks everyone!

Would I need to change something else or upgrade since engine will be opened? Or is it better installing them and then try to find an STI engine in future?
