Hello everyone. Anyone have a scangauge II with a swapped RS?
I just got mine yesterday and the screen goes out after driving for a bit. I've tried different modes and PID's. No luck I have a 2001 RS swapped to a 2003 WRX. Post your mode configs. swapped or not. Thanks Rob

ok, they said you need to change the mode to "supported mode" there is a little blurb in the back of the manual that tells you about this issue. apparently with some subarus it will do this, and changing it to "supported mode" fixes this. Hope this helps
here is what the manual says. they also said some random 01 and other years are also affected by this. Pressing the top buttons will change between ALL and SUPPORTED. Most vehicles use ALL which is the factory default. But some vehicles will not work properly unless SUPPORTED is used. This is the case for 1995 to 1999 Subaru vehicles. If the ScanGaugeII connects but then goes to sleep after showing little or no data on the GAUGE display, change this to SUPPORTED and press SAVE. |
