A kid from a Kansas City racing forum started posting about weird lights in the sky.
Here is his latest video from tonight 9-13-07: http://s10.photobucket.com/albums/a1...t=MVI_9889.flv And here is the thread: http://www.kcsr.org/viewtopic.php?t=...er=asc&start=0 They say these objects have been seen in AZ so I figured I would ask.

The lights in the vid had blinking red and blue lights, just like low flying aircraft are supposed to.
Remember the US Gov was flying the stealth fighter for a few years before they acknowledged its existance. There were plenty of people who saw triangular shaped UFOs during this time. |

I have seen some crazy stuff looking towards Phoenix when I would go out to the woods at night when i lived in Prescott.
One night out there with a couple friends, we all saw these random solid lights skimming the mountain tops way in the distance. They would only come out one at a time usually and moved insanely fast. Sometimes it would hover above a mountain top and then take off into the sky and cruise around. Anytime you could see a plane blinking in the sky in the distance these lights would just disappear until it passed and then start up again. I think we were looking towards Luke AFB so I don't know wtf it was. |

It looks like a jet in a banked turn.
Regarding the F-117 (stealth), that thing was flying for about 10 years before we knew about it, and it was built in the late 70s/early 80s. (which means they had planned at least in the 70s). Something that is interesting about the stealth, is that its silhouette can look surprisngly ufo/saucer like at the proper angles. Take this pic for example: ![]() If you rotate the plane such that you move the nose to the right and down a bit (basically looking at it flat but at a diagnol), you'll get the saucer effect. Here is another pic I can use to try to explain it with: ![]() Just bring the nose up. What happens is, the body of the plane hides the tails so all you have is two wings with a bubble in the middle. Without contrast, it looks just like a ufo. My points are this: Sometimes things are not always as they seem, and the government has technology we have no idea about. Just because something seems really advanced, does not mean it came from outerspace. Last edited by shemoves; 09-14-2007 at 12:54 PM. |

His rendering of what flew over his head, looks like an F-117 to me. But it was silent. I wish you guys could read the thread. |

I am a firm believer that Ufo's etc do exist, and it would be very sheltered and naive of us to believe that we are the only ones in the entire universe or the only planet with life in the entire universe. However, I can also tell you that what is in the video on the top of the thread is a regular aircraft and not from the stars.. although it may be a beechcraft starship 1. A delta winger propeller driver corporate aircraft. I am a pilot and i know of a person who owns one at scottsdale, Airport. They are sweet. I will post a picture.
Also, conventional jests look triangular in the night because of their running lights. Each has a unique setup, but the all look triangular because you have the brighter running lights on the wings and where the gears are.. making a perfect triangle. Then there are smaller flashing Nav lights. I took a fairly common corporate jet layout and put all the most common places for lights. You can see where the triangular look comes from. ![]() ![]() |

I think people see things and believe what they want to believe, weather its an accurate belief of what is really out there is hard to tell. I agree that we are not the only planet with life on it, but our government monitors the sky so closely it'd be near impossible for anything to be in the air without their knowledge.
