I am at a loss.
Stock Intake w/ K&N & Snorkus Delete
GM Boost Control Solenoid
STI Pink Injectors (Cleaned and tested at Witchhunter)

I have a basemap from a user here that he spent many hours tuning on.
My problem, is that my AF Learning seems to always go to +14.99%
I have tried changing the Scalar from 528 up and down (all the way to 515).
I even tried changing the latency to .95 @ 11.5vdc and .65 @ 14vdc.
No combination of the Scalar or Latency table can seem to get my setup correct.
I'm thinking that there is something mechanically wrong with the car, but it runs pretty good.
My MAF seems what I would consider a bit low (225 g/s @ 17psi). I was seeing that kind of flow w/ my stage 2 setup.
I am seriously at a loss, and could really use some help from the knowledge base here.
Forgot to add, duing idle when the AF Learning is +14.99 my AFR's are rich (both stock and lc-1 concur)
I dont know what causes this issue, but when I decel, and finally stop, engage the clutch, put car in neutral, and am waiting for a signal to change, my AFR's go from 20.99 during decel down to 15, 14, 13.6.... up to 13.7 and up to around 14.6.

the injector scalar is WAY too foking HIGH....
I generally set 'pinks' at ~480cc/min w/ stock injector latencies...also the MAF tables need to be stock.
You'll need to redo your AFR table. With these settings, the Target AFR in the table will match very very close to a WB02 reading(within 0.2AFR of my LM-1.
