Default F'ed Heads need options.

Well my heads looked pretty shot when I took them off and sent them out to be hot tanked and leak down tested...well it seems I need a valve job or something, I havnt had a chance to talk to the guy who pulled them down.

So what i was thinking about doing was getting my hands on some crower 1mm+ valves and springs and retainers...but then porting and polishing comes to mind as well.

If I were to just do the 1mm over valves with springs and retainers would it not flow right with out having the heads ported and polished?

This is what they look like...These are going into an axis built ej25 bottom end 35r wrx, and my bling is running out fast.
