Default sti motor build

OK i blew my sti motor early this summer and its time to build it. Should i build a stroker with stock head parts or should i build a strong bottom end with cams and etc.? Don't have the money to do both. Any body have any ideas or suggestions ?

you will gain more performance over all by doing this than a stroker. not to mention you will be able to dump a gt30r turbo on it and shoot for 450+
