Default torque tightening for helix connecting rods

hello
can anyone tell me the torque tightening for helix connecting rods on an '05 usdm sti engine?

The screws coming with the helix connecting rods are ARP: L19 03

Do you know what part number they used, depending on application the stretch and torque specs change. They do not list a rod bolt for Subaru so it appears Helix rods are using one of these rod bolts.

Bolt streatch is the right way to do it, but torque will get you in the ball park.

I agree with Larry... Contact Helix and find out what the rod bolt stretch was when the rod was machined...

Does anybody have values of strech and torque for them ?
ARP do not explain in ther official web site...

call them or call gruppe-s as they use these rods a lot.

answer from them :
45 lbs with moly lubricant and 55 with engine oil.
