Default Wierd noise

I was driving this morning nd i decided to open up my rex and around 125-135 I strated hearing this loud high pitched tone (yes the car was warmed up and no check engine lights) I have a BOV and a turbo timer and that is it while the turbo timer has a warning for boost spike this tone was not that I could hear it above my stereo and it stopped after i started to brake????? any ideas ??????

not the same sort of noise described but thanks for the thread it was a high pitched tone that was consistent not intermitent maybe I have a leak?
