Lift up center console lid, take two screws out from the part that goes over the ebrake. Pop that section out.
Pop out the shifter trim.

Open cup-holder, take screws out from both sides.
Open ashtray/coin drawer, take out small screws from the top (remove drawer section first). Be careful not to lose those screws!

Pull the radio trim out gently.

Install is the reverse.

What cage? I just have 4 screws on each side of the radio, undo those and pull the entire 1 din unit out.

there are 2 more screws deeper inside that you will have to unscrew as well to get the radio out (cage refers to the metal brackets)

yea sorry Huffer thats wot I meant re: Metal Bracket the stereo bolts into (cage)

those extra 2 screws come in handy when you accidentally drop one into the depths of the interior never to be seen again until you need to remove carpet for whatever reason...
