Default sturdy motor build

hey guys i am at a cross road that several of you have been at what i am looking for a a motor swap that will be sturdy and dependable and i am stuck between the 2 main choices
i am only looking for between 350-400ish give or take some

there is the v7 jdm sti motor and v8 heads with
either a td06 18g or td06 20g
alky meth

built 2.5 with forged pistons only undecided on heads
with td06 20g or fpgreen
meth inj

basically i am looking for the motor that can get me some usable power and wont have to worry about the motor blowing up
