Question Cold Air Intake. Worth it?

I have a Short Ram intake with a K&N cone filter right now and i am wondering if a CAI would do anything and in the end be worth the money.
This is what I am looking at.
It is going for $108. Any one know of one cheaper?

Ebay - but you might have to do some modification. Or you can buy some hoses and try to extend your Short Ram into the fender to suck in cold air.
