Default bitter sweet day

well 5 CEL's in 3000 miles netted me a nice rental car, mitsu mirage, while my cpu gets sent to SOA to get reprogrammed. another misfire in #3 bandit.

the sweet part of the day: when i get home from work, there is my turboxs stage one!!!!!!!!! can't wait to get the wrx back now! should be a fun weekend.

anyone else have their cpu reprogrammed? if so did it take care of all the problems.

thanks, cnstman

I was having #3 misfire CEL's also. They didn't go away even after the ECU was re-flashed. Eventually, the dealer replaced the plug wires and swapped the coil packs, based on techline input.

3000 miles later, I think I may be over the CEL blues.
