does anyone know how to make the innovate LC-1 wbo2 a parameter in enginuity?

get the newest version and its an option in the top drop down menu...all you do is select your wideband and the comm port

Not quite correct. You need to download a test version which is available in the Development section. I believe the title of the thread is "LC-1 ready to be integrated".

It works awesoem BTW. I use it all the time to tune customer's cars.
