Default problem with eniginuity

When opening the logger. It says on the bottom left ''Cannot connect to ECU, check serial port, cable is connected ignition is on''. Ive only used ECU flash to flash my stg2 map and i wanted to delete some CEL's i got. I have the p2433 air injection system. Also can i disable all codes that have to do with the air injection system? Theres like 6 or 7 of them.

the logger has nothing to do with disabling CELs. You need to open your rom in Enginuity (File menu), disable the CELs, save and then flash it to the car with Ecuflash.

I know the logger has nothing to do with the CEL's, i just want to log my car as well as turn off the codes. For some reason it wont connect though.

Just an FYI, the Logger does not work on the Intel Macs. There is no 'com port' number and there is no alternate way to make the Mac recognize the USB/Tactrix cable.

The editing functions work perfectly though.

Sounds like a driver issue. You said that you flashed your map with Ecuflash? Did anything change between when you flashed your map sucessfully and when you tried out logging? For example, did you upgrade to a newer version of Ecuflash? Are you still using a tactrix cable?
