Didn't bobby sell his rex?

I bought a head unit from him a few months back. Had no issues with him.

The rex as far as anyone knows was stolen from his parents house. He never saw it again.

So I left him multiple e-mails, left a message on his myspace, and called a number that might be his, and no response whatsoever.

If any of you happen to see him around town, do me a favor and give him a swift clean kick to his nuts.

And thanks to all of you guys for the sympathy and the tips. The Subaru community is strong, which just makes it all the more disappointing that this jerk would blow all the goodwill he seemed to have built up in the community over the years over a lousy $500.

Mind you, I'm not advocating, condoning, endorsing anything illegal or any threats of or actual violence in any way, but if one of you can get in contact with him, talk some sense into him and get me paid, I would gladly fork some cash over your way for your trouble.

So, I heard from Bobby. I had sent a message to him on his myspace page last month and he responded to it promptly. Since I don't use a myspace page, don't check my messages, and wasn't really expecting a response, I didn't see it until today (doesn't explain why he hadn't responded to my numerous e-mails, but whatever). He explained that he ran into some trouble, assured me that he is still trying to get me my money, and that he's not a crook. I'll give you guys an update in a month or so.

At the time I recieved my money order from him there were over 60 people that were waiting on refunds from the K&N intake group buy alone. I didn't keep up with how many got their money back and I only recieved one PM for his contact information, so I'm guessing either he got in contact with everyone or people just gave up. I did read on the other forum that there were some others that got their money back, but no clue how many.
