Default Anyone looking for some decent winter alloys? $75 each...

I was at the dealership today and my parts guy, Art, said they had 4 sets of Ronal wheels in stock. I know they've had a couple of the wheels on display for months, and I think Art's ready to get rid of them. They're 15" Ronals, and I'm about 99% positive they're this model: http://www.ronalusa.com/wheels-2002/lv.html . A pretty decent looking wheel. A little low on the offset, but with narrow snow tires on them there shouldn't be any rubbing concerns IMHO. Art told me $75 a pop, but he just threw that number out there so if you're interested that may be flexible, I dunno.

If anyone thinks they'd be interested, let me know, or just call Secor Subaru (860) 442-2323 and talk to Art (tell him Pat Olsen sent you ). I'm not getting anything out of this, I just told Art I'd put the word out for him.

Edit: I paid I think $89 or so for my 15x6" Subaru take-offs from Tire Rack, so $75 for brand new wheels is pretty damn good.

Someday we'll be watching "My classic Sports Car", and they will be covering a huge Subaru meet in NE that takes place every year with a car show, some road racing, and a flea market/sales area. We'll see Jonathan interviewed:
"I have been collecting Subaru wheels since 1999, when I decided to remove my '99 Legacy Limited wheels to prevent damage. I have any rim you need, or know where to get it. Just give me a call".

That or he'll be in a delapidated shack off of some US route in TX, FL, or GA selling them instead of hubcaps.

Natick subaru has those tims also. The quoted me $400 for the set, I asked if that was installed and the service guy laughed at me. But that is normal for them, as i have witnessed and heard from others.
