It is spring loaded that is adjusted by the # of washers you install. If anyone wants to pay shipping I will send. It is in nice shape. I got a GFB bpv [not that I'm convinced it's any better]. Thing is it is sitting around with no home. It is made to go on to a fmic Intake pipe not a stock tmic.
