ASK ABOUT NEW RCE
SWAY BARS FOR STI

Default Prodrive/Bilstein and Ohlins install specials!

Fixed perch set-ups.....simple, easy, clean, fresh, awesome.

The new Prodrive RB320 suspension set-up with Bilstein fixed perch struts and Eibach Springs, built to Prodrive's specifications are out, and they're damn good.

We had back to back installs with the Prodrive RB320 kit and the current king of all fixed perch struts, the Ohlins last week and had a rare opportunity to pit the two against each other. Our verdict....they're both damn good.

Myles posted his review and comparison here:
http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1347732

So we wanted to extend some deals on these two set-ups to you local guys and girls, because they're both just plain awesome. There really is nothing better for a daily driver.

If you have any questions about which to get, let us know. There are advantages to each, and one will suit different drivers better then the other.

Prodrive/Bilstein RB320 Suspension kit
$2275 installed
Add $375 for Group N strut tops front and rear.

Ohlins Fixed Perch Struts with RCE Yellows, Blacks, Prodrive STi, or Wagon springs
$2375 installed
Add $375 for Group N strut tops front and rear.

Give us a call!

Awesome. Nice review too, I enjoyed it.

The first thing I thought of when I saw the RB320 thread by Dan@Prodrive was the Prodrive WR set for the GCs. Obviously one can't truly compare the exact driving experience of an '05-'07 STI with the RB320s, to a GC/GM/GF with the WRs, but in my heart I imagine them as relatively similar.

It is a similar set-up....only the difference feels more dramatic on the STi since the ride quality is so crappy to start with. With the GC, you get a dramatic difference in handling, whereas on the STi the first you thing notice is the comfort.

Good description. I just read your "comparison" between this and the Íhlins struts, too. Coke vs. Pepsi indeed!

Expensive stuff, but considering that, you guys have great pricing and packaging for the parts and installation. Should I ever be able to upgrade my (now quite old, at 110K miles on them) STi V5/6 strut/spring set, I'll probably come to you guys.

Oh man, I want something like that on my STi, when I finally get it. And now that they have a factory trained Subie tech working there they will do the install too.

^ Sounds good. Word of advice...call us at least 2 weeks before you want them on....it's hard to predict how long they last in stock.

That's pretty impressive....quite a bit of miles on there. Myles actually has Ohlins fixed perch struts for GC8 on project grocery getter. When we have our first ever meet, your welcome to go for a ride.

I'd love to.

Though a recent turn of events has me considering the sale of my RS, to purchase an LGT. It hinges on whether I can get a good price for my car. I've put too much into it, to accept a lowball.

Yeah the struts seem to be okay, I mean as far as I can tell anyhow. They ride about the same as they always have. Pretty smooth at highway speed or whatever, pretty rough over bumpy roads, etc. I got the struts new in '01 when they were still $250/set. They're nearly four times that, now, after all of SoA's lovely price adjustments.

I should've gone with P1 springs instead of the STi ones, though.

Do you guys have a site with prices on various installations? Or do you only install parts purchased from you?

We are putting one together but it's not up yet.

In the meantime you can just PM us with what you're looking for.

We can definitely install parts purchased elsewhere.
