So should I think of another one in a few months ?

I thought this event was a complete failure ...we didn't make to to half of the locations we got lost... we got split up...hint hint someone who shall remain nameless drove away from the gas station pump with the pump stuck in the tank and the hose broke off... caboose was barely hanging out with the convoy... for some of us the winery came about half a mile too late...

I am glad you guys enjoyed it. But what about "our" ladies? Since many of us showed up with significant others, I would like to hear some opinions as far as the "female" experience goes. I take it the general consensus is that we had a good time and you would consider attending another organized drive. Never say never.

I think it was a pretty good balance. Twistys for us. Pretty scenery, wine, shopping for the girls.

My wife had alot of fun. I applaud how organized you were able to keep things with 24 cars, and the radio chatter was funny. I hope someone got the stuff on tape when we left the area when we were going to poopies. I remember a few of the quotes.

'Look at dem darn imports. They look like a spaceship with those big ol' wings'.

'Bet they can't even tow a bass boat'

My favorite.
'I hear they run on corn'

I have them. I watched the tape today. Precisely that is funny. Getting lost and missing turns was funny. Suby fly-bys was good. First making contact with you guys when crossing the bridge. And just the chatter in general is worth. I ran out of tape just shortly before the cellars. So I do not have the blur and the cornfield 3 point turns.

I promise to have the video but it has to first pass the girl filter. There is also lots of conversation between me and her in the car caught on tape while driving and as of right now I do not have her approval. I will most likely just cut out the good sections and hopefully there is nothing private in that conversation. Patience please. Thanks.

Guys I hope you are checking both forums as far as pictures go.
A fresh batch
http://www.legacygt.com/forums/showt...56#post1482556

Actually what you guys do not know is that at our last refuel on the way back, one of us - unnamed - drove off with the nozzle still in the tank and the hose apparently snapped off from the pump.

So anyone else besides me and the parties involved...know anything about this incident ? Cause i ain't telling about someone who drove off with the nozzle still stuck in the fuel tank that it actually snapped off on the pump side either.

Now that you mention it...I remember seeing that plate frame too. I believe you're right, it was a Legacy.

Yeah I know what happened. It was the wagon. Not Saabaru, it was the dark blue one with the tints. His plate frame on the front had spikes on it. And he rear ended that STI, and it made a bunch of holes in that gorgeous STI's bumper.
