Not a WRX but my FXT hit a 13.4 @ 100mph on the stock TD04. I could probably squeeze out a few more tenths with some different factors, ie. better launch, a tune, some way to keep the TMIC cool and lower track temps.

I think though hat the 06+ WRX with the 2.5 should be able to run faster quarters than the FXT mod for mod because of the gearing. The fxt has a 4.44 final drive so at the quarter-mile mark I'm well into 4th gear (5500-6000 rpm's) where as the WRX should still be in third. So one less gear change should net a tenth or so at least advantage. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Bone stock?

If so, I ran a 13.74@ 98.25mph w/ a crappy 1.9 60ft back when my car was bone stock and had 6K miles on the odometer.

Here's a link to my old thread: http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/showthread.php?t=979781

Fastest time by a modded 2.5L WRX on a TD04 turbo is 12.5@108-109mph iirc.

yes....i ran a 12.95 just b4 i left for the summer w/ my 07 wrx, which is now my shop car so i dunno how long i'm keeping that td04 on there.

pretty sure i cut a 1.6 60' on that 12 sec run too (60' timer wasnt working in that lane when i raced that day)...best b4 that was a 1.72. And all my runs have been stock tire and suspension

can check out the video here 555MOTORSPORTS

As far as I know I still have the fastest bone-stock time for an '06-'07 WRX (on NASIOC, Clubwrx and I-Club). One guy with a k&n filter and catback (no tune) went 13.6@98, but he never produced a timeslip.

thanks, i never dyno'd the car all i have done is street tuning, i'd be really curious to see what it puts down, i'll probably go to seattle and have it dyno'd at my buddy's shop.

here are my times stock everything besides a CAI, and relatively mild tune

almost stock times

None. I autocross my WRX a bunch now, so I haven't been back to the drag strip in almost a year. Original trans, original clutch, 42K miles.
