Default do i need a re-tune?

my car is getting tuned as we speak by doug @ topspeed i have a hydra, rotated turbo, perrin meth, tumbler deletes, and all your basic goodies... im going to by a new intake mani that claims to increase top end and that is rotated so it will shorten my ic pipeing quite a bit, my question as in the headline is would i need to be re-tuned for an add-on like this? if anyone has any info to help me out it please let me know thanks.
