I am a long time and loyal customer of subaruparts.com. I am thankful to Scott and Trish for the great service and good prices I've gotten from them. I also LOVE the new parts database they are working on -- thank you, thank you, thank you!!!! Really, really appreciate it!!! I will continue buying from them in the future, even if I have to wait a little longer, because I appreciate their Internet service efforts so much.

OK, on to the subject of the message. I needed many parts (about $700 worth in total) and I needed them fast. I got them from Liberty Subaru in NJ. They were able to match or beat the prices I got from subaruparts.com (+/- a couple of bucks). Most importantly, because they are so close, UPS Ground shipping is dirt cheap (only $15, mostly for insurance) and takes ONLY 1 DAY!!! I received great service from Jason Guy, who was very quick to repond to my huge quote request via e-mail. The response came within an hour on my original e-mail -- WOW! I had to call him several times to check on the status of backordered items and to add more parts to the order. He handled everything with patience and was very helpful. They take MBNA coupons (like subaruparts.com), which is a very big deal for me. Overall, I would grade their service as A+, on par with subaruparts.com.
