Default 35r with built head/cam axis motor! Whats it going to make?

Ron from axis is gathering the parts for the engine build as well as the fuel system. I just ordered my UR GT35r kit and Ur FMIC yesterday! I will post the proven power at the end of next month but lets see who gets the closest!

Mods:
Rotated UR Gt35r .82 4inch inlet
44EWG
UR FMIC
1000cc injectors
fuel rails
FP REG
External fuel pump
cosworth pistons
pauter rods
272 cams (maybe larger)(make power all the way to redline!)
Full valve package (springs, valve job ect.)(8500rpm Redline!)
Headwork
Sleeved 2.5l
Tial 44 BOV

Pump gas 91oct-22psi =?
Pump gas 93oct-24psi =?
Racegas 114oct-33psi =?

My best guess from what I have seen is probably close to 450whp on 93oct with 24psi. And I hope for 550+whp on 114oct with 32psi! Lets see some dyno charts to show your prediction reasons. Thanks guys!

Ron and Jorge are doing the tune!!!

That's the ballpark. I'll go with 442hp/387tq pump and 549hp/434tq on race gas.

i would go with 278/274 cams if u wanna make power all the way to 7500-8000 rpm...

Hmm with that setup on pump i would say around 450-500hp at 25 psi...

Im getting an exact build done as we speak...

^nice to hear another 35r setup is going down! IDK about those cams though....he said with the valve job and headwork I will keep making power all the way to redline (8200rpm) I trust his judgment.

well with a 8500 redline you should def. look at an aftermarket oil pump...b/c otherwise you will be spinning bearings for sure...and i don't think you want to mess up your sleeves!!

my.02 don't take it past 8000rpms

I would say right around the 450-470 whp on pump... maybe more though... If you recall al (dynoflash) put down around 450 w/ a 35r meth & STOCK block, so you could very well see close to 500 on pump who knows...

my guess is 450-475hp about the same on tq. with at least 100 oct. but good luck ron and P&L put mine together and it ran great for the shootout at byron. it only had about 900 miles of break-in and it made 455hp on a 30r

id be very suprised if are still making power to 8200rpm with those cams.. have a look at http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show....php?t=1359971

The powerband is starting to flatten out at around 7500 rpm. This guy has also got head work...

Drew, you've gone through more turbos than I have through women.

Have you by any chance gone through an FP green?

No meth yet.....unless I come up short of 600whp with 114oct.

And I have not used an Fpgreen, but I have a friend with one and it pulls very nice. I have used a TDO4, 16g, vf39, big16g, 20g, and now gt35r. Love them all but I cant compare intel I feel the final results of this new setup.

Shortshifter showed up today.....turbo kit and intercooler will show up anyday now and I will post pics. Then Im just waiting for ron. I think Il get my fmic stained black while I wait since I just ordered my tenzo DC-6's in 18's all black with red lip. Should look nice. Then i might throw on some slicks when I go to the track and use that racegas map.

that setup should be capable of mid/upper 400's on 93 around 20psi, and mid to upper 500's on c16 28-30psi, capable of 600+ on the right dyno and tuning.

i have a similiar setup (axis longblock/ur35r), still getting broken-in. 470whp on 18psi/93, and 545whp 23psi/half tank of 93 with 5 gallons of c16.
