Who is going to the AutoX on the 20th?

This might of been asked already or it might be in the wrong section, but I dont frequent this site much so Im not sure. I was just curious what the turnout on the 20th at The Auto Cross is going to be like. Im bringing my Focus and Id like to participate but It was never made clear exactly what safety or special driving equipment is required.Im trying to get my friend from HKS to bring their Turbo Focus but he just got back form the Tokyo Auto Salon so it might be to short of notice. So anyways thats about it, I was just curious. Thanks, and I hope to meet some new faces.

There is gonna be a lot of SCIC's there. I think I will be there. My first Auto-x.....I am sure I will make a fool of myself.

LOL yeah the dustbowl sucks.Im excited, I get to really test out my springs, new tires, and rear brace.I have Less sticky tires on the rear and those paired with my stiff back end make the car very interesting to drive.So it should be great fun.Im probably going to explode but hey,its all in good fun.Id like to bring my XR4Ti but its still under heavy construction.Im looking ofrward to meeting some SCIC members as well.

I did that two different tire thing for a couple of autocrosses back in the mid 1980s with 175/70-13 Yokohama A001R tires on the front of my '82 Scirocco and Michelin XZX craps on the back. Made for some entertaining runs!

Well I dont know any of you guys but I will be with my GirlFriend (Prezzie Baby) So if you see a RainForest Green ZX-3 With heavy front Camber come say "hey"

Hey guys,

I can't make it this weekend since i will be going to the bay area, the last one i went to was in december for the Time only runs with my SE-R. I would really like to meet the fellow SCIC since i got my new scoob. I think i recieved a package in the mail from solo2 about runs on the 26th i believe. Are those time only runs? Some one let me know and ish so i can arrange to go on the 26th if in fact there are runs that day. Thanks guys and peace.

That info, unfortunately is not available. An AutoX is different every single time, that's the nature of the event. Even when there is a practice day like this weekend, the next day there is always something a bit different (for example run backward's). This ensure's that noone has an unfair advantage.

Understood. It is better that way. You wont have vetrens coming in a knowing the course with their eyes closed. Im just going to go in thinking its another day at my practice areas here at home.
