Default VA: catless Helix DP $100

Not sure of which gen...probably v1. It has an extension bolted on for LGT fitment, but easily removed.

Does it have 2 bungs for the O2 sensor (1 for stock, 1 for wideband) ?

yes - two - one horizontal near the turbo and the normal rear mounted O2 near the rear flange.
