Default Please post your Impreza w/ tinted glass here!!

I am going to tint my glass soon, but don't know how dark should it be... so wanna do some comparison. Please post any photos you have on tinted Impreza... detailed information on how dark it is.. (i.e. 35%) is highly appreciated. Thanks!

50% front four, 35% back three.

50% is the darkest you can run on the front windows in MN, you can go darker in the back, but I don't like a big contrast in darkness.

On sunny days, it would be nice to have it a bit darker, maybe 35 front and 20 back, but at night I think that would bother me. Right now, I have no problem seeing even on a dark, rainy night.

I just realized I don't have any pictures with my windows up, but heres the best I could do, I have 20% all around, But Im thinking about take it off the front to windows. It was nice in Flordia but now Im in Maryland and I dont think I need it that dark.

Don't know if you'd be interested in this kind, or can find it in your hood, but the Rally Safari style film on my car is a beaut.

Default Thank you!

Thanks a lot for the great photos!!
I am from Boston... so any other comments for how dark should I tint? (there is snow in Boston)

The legal limit in Mass is 35% for the front, and as dark as you want for the back and rear window.

Massachusetts new legal limit is 50% I just had my car done 2 days ago all around in West Roxbury, MA. Looks great

I did verify that 50% is the new legal limit. (I spoke to the state police)

Does anyone know where to get the silver mirror tint on-line. I have already had my windows tinted, but want to get rid of back brake light and go with the mirror finish. If anyone could give a link to a diy tint store on-line

i have 20% all around, had it on my last car too. I don't notice anything really at night. Maybe if it was pitch black, with no street lights, but i never drive in anything like that. I hardly notice a difference from the inside, day or night.
