Your car looks great!! I also have a silver WRX and am looking to upgrade the wheels. I'm just not sure if I can go to 19" without bending them. Our roads aren't great. Does anyone have any experience with larger rims than stock. How big can you go without really sacrificing strength??

Smile how did you paint side skirts

Just wondered how you got your stock side skirts painted. They look really nice. What was the cost?

I will snap some good pics of the exuast tommrow in the day light. Currently I am running stock ECU no chip or anything, still running stock boost untill I get a few more miles racked up, I just rolled over 1300 today would like atleast 1500miles and a oil change before I really start beating on it. The roads here in Kansas City are decnet, the missiouri roads due however suck, just have to be very careful.

As for the side skirts, I just took them to a paint shop we do alot of work with and had them paint them for me. they turned out great! They didn't charge me, but I am sure any body shop would do them for around $150 or so.

I will keep you guys posted on the the progress of my slow bucket.

Went with the eibachs for now, I am pretty happy with the way it sits, I figured it wouldn't be enough drop.

I found this pic of the rear of my car, kinda dark and hard to see the exhaust. I will shoot some good ones of it soon.

Are those the Eibach's ("Prokits") that're intended for the '02 WRX? Or did you have to get ones specified for other years? And are you still on the factory shocks?

Also, do you know if the overall diameter of your 19-incher combo is slightly larger than the factory 16's? I'd be happy with the size of wheel-gap you've got now, but I'm wondering if the gap would be larger with the factory 16's...

Thanks for the info!

My tires are slightylu larger than the stock combo, the size i am running currently are 225/35/19

They are the eibach pro-kit prings for the 02 WRX, on stock sturts for now. The ride is very close to stock!

I really like.
Could you post the offset of those wheels, and if you know, how much your speedometer would be off running those larger tires (or am I confused?)
price of the wheels maybe?
