Default Rear View mirror trouble. Help

Anyone have a system in their rex. I'm having alot of trouble with the d@mn rear View Mirror vibrating off. I didn't realize subaru didn't slide these and use a screw to secure it like any other you will find. Does anyone know a good clean looking fix for this. thanks
