Foglights on Pre-2002 OBS

Hey, when did they stop putting foglights on the pre-2002 OBSs? My sister-in-law just got a 2001 OBS, but it doesn't have the big RS-style fog lights. I told her that she's obligated to join the i-club now that she has a scooby.

The 2002 OBS is the first year to have the big foglights. Before that they just had the ones that you could get on the Impreza L.
