Got it... although I just found out that "Leesburg is too far out." I'm currently undergoing "no it's not" negotiations. Hopefully I can talk him into checking it out

Is this in Vanderbilt Terrace? I used to live there...nice place, I had a end unit and this is a great location for Leesburg...Not to much riffraff running around

Let me just say by no means am I a photographer, this is a simple point and shoot 4MP camera, views of rooms may not be that great because I'm not that tall so I couldn't get a good angle so pics may look smaller than the room appears. This most likely will be our lowest asking price, and unfortunately for me lower than what I initially paid for the house. Great value according to location and age of home, please come take a look at your leisure. The house is very clean, like new in a way, ready to move in. BTW my neighbor is a Subaru owner with a FXT, cool guy. Thank you
