Default CEL P0137 and Cruise Control

I am getting the cat voltage code when I use my cruise control.

07 STI, EcuTEK, AVCR, URGT35, DC headers, Greddy Evo2 exhaust
It is not coming on during regular driving, spirited driving, etc.
I have a mechanical fix with anti-foulers and this is not helping.

Anybody know if there is a link between cruise control and this code?

Bump.

Anyone know of a fix?
I thought the code could get deleted from the ECU using ECUtek.

It's probably aggravating your rear O2 sensor trouble code. Take it off.

What am i missing? The mechanical fix is two antifoulers (one drilled out) with the O2 sensor screwed into them. This is in the rear O2 sensor at the back end of the downpipe. Should I take out the antifoulers here?

P0137 is a voltage low, usually it throws P0420 for cat inefficiency. Try removing the anti-foulers and see if it works. You can just screw it right into the DP, right?

Outside of that, it could be possible you have a short, bad wire, or bad sensor.
