Default SSR Type C-RS gold (decals or not?)

So I ordered a set of these and I'm undecided on whether to put on the spoke decals or not. (i would never put on the Type C one, looks tacky). I know its a "personal opinion" thing but I like them both too much to pick for myself.

Getting them 18" gold on a Black 07 WRX.

What do you guys think?

With decals:

gregr01 has supplied a picture of his own below. thanks!

Thanks,

Why advertise?

I think they look better without the stickers.

anthracite would look good on the blue. not a huge fan if they were on black. you are correct on the weight... 18x8 = 17.5 lbs... stop contemplating buying them and just do it!

No stickies, unless they come already applied.

You already know they're SSRs, and the center caps say so too. Stickers are overkill.

2 sets of SSR Comps, no sticks...

So if i understand what you meant by "2 sets of SSR comps, no sticks" that means youve had two sets without receiving any stickers?

if you want them, call tirerack, theyll ship some out for free.

Stickers are a bit too flashy in my opinion. I didn't put them on my Prodrive GC's simply because of that reason.

don't put the decals on. takes away from the clean look of the wheel.

So getting those rims...what kind of lugs

As for opinion man, I love stickers but as others have indicated it only draws more attention to the rims. Based on where you live (work & home) that might be a good or bad thing.

If you are in an otherwise "safe" area why not rock them?
If you live somewhere that merits anything other than "safe" I would skip it. Not saying that would prevent them from being jacked, but every little thing helps.

I say throw them on. For some reason, I just love how the SSR logo looks. I would put stickers on mine, but it would probably be overkill given that I already have a huge logo stamped on my rims....

And I agree - the Type C sticker is a bit much.

speaking of lugs... i had to get those rays for my winter wheel setup... does anyone know if these will work with the SSRs? (i know tirerack supplies some but id rather use some aftermarket ones; really want some in red!)

Default Less is More

Hello

In my opinion LESS IS MORE.

If your WRX is already full of other decals then another few wont be that different and maintain the cars appeal.

However, again in my opionin LESS IS MORE. You know what you have and I prefer the cleaner less flashy look. That does not mean I dont like the cars with all the decals as they have thier own appeal and it does suit the model but.... The WRX says it all. Owning a SUBARU says it all. We know and understand the cars and what they are able to do. We dont need no V8 sticker on the side etc....

FYI
I am interested in your families 1996 SVX. I sent you a PM.

regards

Max
