Do the little circles on the back of the rim have an correlation with the bolt pattern? IF so how do u decipher them, if not what do they mean?

What am i talking about, pic below

I would guess those stampings (97/11 and 1/19) correlate to the casting run (assuming these are cast).

The "ET42" is the offset.

The bolt pattern info could be on the backside of one of the spokes?

IM not sure but i know one bolt pattern is 5x120 but im trying to figure out the other one

If one is 5x120 the other is probably 5x114.3.
