Default What's better than working on your car?

Working on MY car!

Going to be installing some new coilovers, rotors, and brake pads this Saturday and throwing out a plea for assistance. Beer and munchies provided and maybe hang out afterward.

Something that's better then working on your car is having somebody else work on it for you.

When are you starting? I'm going up to PA that day (if I'm not working on the MR2 ) but could stop by in the AM.

Eating fried chicken and drinking beer while you watch people work on cars?

I need to trim my rear diff protector and hook up my launch control some time on Saturday. I might have time to come over.

If you want to work on it at my house I'll help. I have a vise and stuff.

Do you have a grinder? That's what I really need to trim the diff cover.

Thanks, but I have this weird obsessive thing about working on my own car in my own garage.

Well...it depends. If more people would like to hang out after, I'd do it later. If more people want to leave early, I'll do it early. Or if other people want to work on their cars too, we can make it an all-day thing.

I picked up a Lowes "special" angle grinder for like 29 bucks a few weeks ago. If you have it off the car already you can swing by and just do it at my house this week, and end up at the mav1c's to install it...

edit for clarity "swing by and just do it at my house this week, and end up at the mav1c's to install it this weekend..." I fully realize getting to my house is like driving to Richmond to get to Andrewtech. BUT if you are out in the area. the garage and tool will be available.
