Default more gtb questions

i'm tired dazed and confused and my friend keeps asking me questions i can't answer...

we all know that the bg/bd twin turbo gt/gtb has the turbos on the LH side which means we can't do a swap.

now, my friend says that the bh/etc. gtb/b4/blitzens are available in europe as official imports. in some places the steering wheel is on the LH side, such as france/germany/austria/etc?

if so... is it still an ej20, and which side are the turbos?

ben

Well, if it's true, it's good news.

I hate to speak up, but I haven't heard of a LHD twin turbo. There may be exports to Europe, but Europe is a big place, with a few countries that are RHD. Chances are very high those would be the only places that got a tt.

To be honest, I'm not even sure on this "official" imports story. Are you sure they aren't mixing up Australia with Europe?

The turbos are on both sides, its just that the the primary turbo has acat and is much higher up, and would get in the way of the steering column

I haven't heard of them anywhere in Europe other than the UK which is RHD

all i know about australia is that they are RHD like u are in japan, so that dosen't work.

i've never even seen clear pictures of the ej20tt.... all i know is that it works sequentially and not much else.

i've tried slogging thru http://subaru.com/home.html and i can't find mention of a b4 or blitzen mentioned in any of them...

try www.subaru.co.jp

You'll find pics of a B4 on there

Check out my site www.surrealmirage.com/subaru/subaru.html

In the images section under other subarus, I have pics of the current Legacy line-up, as well as pics of the Blitzen.
