You can find that same picture in HyperRev's "New Age Impreza STi : Perfect Guide". It's in the section where they talk about the design concept, incl some shots of 2 other candidate looks that wasn't chosen.

Here's another one I scanned from that book. Note that they flared the rear fender much more than the real thing. Anyway, it makes a really nice wallpaper

satrya, that rendition looks much better than the current WRC car with the JDM HID lights... but I do have to say that the real WRC cars wing is better. Thanks for posting that though... I hadn't seen it before.

Yeah. I think the artist stretched the headlights a bit plus exaggerated the rear fenders. Apparently, that was enough to make the car look much more aggressive than the US version...
As for the wing... I guess the one in the scanned pic looks more street than rally to me....

p.s. HyperRev's books have really nice pics and photos...
