Specifically something with baked potato as a side...

Any ideas? I'm looking to make a pot roast sunday and possibly roast a chicken tomorrow, need some ideas for today.

oddly enough, my wife hates bbq sauce. It is probably my #1 problem with her. I sort of let it slide since she's only been I don't like shrimp paste or some of the other nasty asian stuff she eats.

I know a great little Tapas place you could take her to dinner that is inexpensive and a nice surprise BTW.

nope she's been on for a while. She had an underwear show!!! women needed advice as to what to wear and be comfortable instead of grannie panties. Good sow so far!! her chili sounds sooo good. im thinking of making it for dinner...

actually, we don't do that much cooking since its just the two of us so we don't have much in the house, I will definitely be shopping.

well im roasting a chicken with stuffing and whatnot tomorrow.

I'll keep that tapas place in mind, is it spanish tapas? When we lived in evanston we went to Tapas Barcelona a few times.

Spanish Tapas...not as nice (Fancy) as Barcelona but good food and great potato salad.

Steak for dinner.

Want good recipe?

1 -2lbs of Steak diced up.

1/2 cup lawrys teriyak mariande
1/4 cup kikkoman teriyaki marinade
tbl spoon of honey
tsp of sugar
pinch or two of cayenne pepper
-Wisk-
Marinate for about an hour
soak bamboo skewers for about 10-15min
skewer meat and cook on grill to however you want.

Bread with vinegar and oil for appetizer

Garlic mashed potatoes on the side... with maybe another vegetable...

FTW!! Thats what we're having for dinner!

The pierogies recipe looks pretty good. Actually, I want pierogies now, or at least gnocchi. A little Polish sausage seasoning would set it off nicely

Its super simple to make.

I burn popcorn, and f'up mac n' cheese...
But Pierogies and Sausage, I can do.
Also, some beer inplace of the water could make it really tasty.
