Uniroyal tiger paw tires were designed 25 years ago for OEM use on GM cars. The M&S marking is worthless. It might be an all-season tire, but you cant get a tire any worse then this one. That size will raise your car almost two inches. From the tirerack.com via a sumitumo htr h4 in 205/55/16 has a 24.9" diameter, while the 225/60/16 has a 26.7" diameter. That size raises your car 1.8".

the car is raised by about 1/2 the diameter, so .9 inches, tho the actual amount may be slightly different due to tire deflection.

And don't forget, your speedometer will read ~3.5% slow with 225/50R16 tires (~25.8" diameter vs. OE 24.9" diameter). So, if the speedo reads 60 mph, you'll actually be traveling just over 62 mph. With 225/60R16 tires, you're off by ~6.7%. 60 mph on the speedo is actually just over 64 mph.
