Default vacuum hoses

who knows what type of hose is on our factory legacies, i have a 2001 but im sure the material is used for other years as well. i am wondering what type of hose it is and where can i possibly get some, im building my own intake and need some longer hoses. also, does anyone know if it will really screw up the car to make the diameter of the vacuum hoses larger? thanks for you help in advance.

I would imagine all you need to worry about is the walls being strong enough to resist collapsing. Other than that, I don't think there'd be a problem.

If you are making a filter box out intake there are no hoses to worry about. Here's my car with a ganzflow: http://www.imprezars.com/legacy00intake.htm#my00legacy

If you want fancy colored ones....

...plus many others

I think you can get regular black ones at places like pep boys and such.
