Default Noise

I bought this WRX cheap and it has Michelin tires. I have this noise that get load around 30mph and sounds like tires like an agressive truck tires or like my jeep did when not rotated a few years ago. I am working on getting a used set on my car of Yoko's to make sure. Is there anything else it could be? I run tranny in neutral and its quiet .I heard Michelin can be real noisey but woww it sucks. any ideas

...bad alignment, most likely....change tires and get if aligned as close to '0' toe as possible all around and see if that helps

does you steering wheel shimmy or vibrate? if it shimmies could be alignment. vibrates off balanced or bent wheels. and if they are aftermarket wheels they may not be hub centric causing the wheels to spin oddly making the road noise. some times people buy rims and dont get hub centric rings.
