Jimmy (salesman) sold me my car at Clay and the experience there was great. No complaints whatsoever.

Village Subaru is supposed to be one of the best around. Everyone has been very up beat and smiling every time I have been there. They're in Acton, so that could be a bit of a hike depending on where you live.
Your best bet is to go and talk to the techs that already work there and ask them what they think of the shop and the manager before applying for a job. You can also get a good feel for the place by just hanging around for a few minutes.

The one that pays you the best in benefits and actual paycheck. I think asking the techs who work at various places on work environment maybe more beneficial and may nudge you in the door, who cares about the dealer reputation.

My vote is for Village Subaru - I have always been treated fairly there so I would assume that extends to the employees. Look for the place with the least turnover

This is subjective. Please search. There is also a dealership review forum.
