Default Arizona's Gas Quality

I've Heard Arizona's Gas Quality Isn't The Greatest, I Just Wanted Some Opinions On This, And Where You All Fill Up. I've Had Misfire Problems Since I Moved Here, Just Wondering If That Could Be A Contributing Factor.

Well I have honestly had bad luck quite a few time no matter where I go. I like QT but doens't mean shiet. My dad's side of the family are truck drivers and some deliver fuel. From what they said is that all the fuel is the same. They go and deliver the same fuel to all of the stations that purchased from that tanker company and fill them up. Then add a very very small bottle ethenol(i think its ethenol) to each tank to change the octane rating(you wouldn't beleive how this is done unless you saw it.) and the only differences is between how well they maintain there underground tanks and how well their filtration system is. I have personaly gone into L.I.M.P. mode with my rex from several different gas stations. I drive alot so I go through alot of gas. SO MY OPINION ON AZ FUEL IS IT ALL SUCKS. (Never had a problem with the race fuel at Union Hills and Cave Creek though

^^

i believe that - we get our fuel from tx and cali

so its all the same

my uncle told me just last night about when he was driving a fuel delivery truck in the 70's during the "fuel crunch"

- he said the company handed out "memo's" not to tell anyone what the status of the fuel depot was

he said - they had more fuel than they knew what to do with

they asked, begged fuel stations to take on more fuel

they were stashing newly refined fuel all over the easter seaboard

he said it was the dumbest thing he had ever been part of

- there wasnt a real shortage at all - just something someone in washington dreamed up

Well QT and Chevron are supposedly top tier, whatever that really means. I always fill up with Chevron and I've never had any problems, on either of my stage 2 cars or when they're stock.

If you're in warranty on your car and it messes up on 91 then subaru can fix it can't they?

yes its on the north west corner of the intersection. there are only like two pumps that have it. its 101 octane. I just mix it with a certain amount of 91 and make some 95. its easy to calculate
