Default Rota wheels?

Just curious to what people have to say about the quality of Rota wheels. Looking at getting a set of 18X8 P1's but just want to make sure they are good wheels. All inputs greatly appreciated.

blah blah blah I have Volks/Advans/etc. I'm better than you blah blah blah

That's all I hear. Rota is a good brand for the most part. I could understand if you're a hardcore racer with a higher budget, you might want to look into something else. (lighter, stronger, etc.) But for the "average joe" I think they are a good fit.

Get them. You will be happy you did. For the money Rotas can't be beat. IMO.

I actually have a set of the 18x8 P1's for my summer wheels. The price, weight, quality are all top notch IMO. Although they are "Inspired by" other manufacturers, who cares for the price. Lots of styles to choose from, and color options as well. Don't listen to all the ROTA haters on this site...do what's good for the wallet

I'll sell you my 18x8 P1's, Hyperblack, with 235/40/18 Falken FK-452 tires if you're interested (check the F/S section). They were only on my car for 3 months, roughly 4k miles.

The Slipstreams copied the Spoon Sports wheels which are black Desmond Regamasters.

IIRC

I personally wouldn't pay for Rotas when there are other quality original wheels out there that don't cost a kidney.
