Default slight whining noise on deceleration and turning.

i've searched and i cant find anything that specifically relates to what i noticed. today i noticed a slight whine noise when i am coming to a stop and turning. like turning into a parking space. my car is an 06 wrx, and has megan coilovers. anyone ever experiance this? please dont tell me my rear diff is busted or something. i dont notice any other sound. only when im coming to a stop and turning. any help or opinions would be appreciated. thanks

i wanna say with the brakes on, because i noticed it while turning and stopping at a light and when pulling into a parking space. i wasnt paying attention if i had the brakes on or not because i was listening to the sound.

i think its my rear brakes. i think my parking brake is sticking.
