Added the 08/09 travel thread here. It's the red "update" text in the "how low is too low" section.

I am thinking about swaping out my 04 wrx oem springs for the 04 sti oem springs. What other hardware will I need? I would like to lower the vehicle only a little as well as improve handling without causing negative effects to my car. I was not planing on replacing the struts at this time, if possible. Any ideas? Warnings?

Im looking into getting either df210's or gf210's for my 02. right now its on stock springs and struts. it has a bit of a sag in the rear end and im wondering if new springs would fix that or if i should get new struts as well. any information would be appreciated! Thanks.

Did you not read the post immediately above yours? A FAQ is not where you ask those Frequently Asked Questions, it's where the information from those other threads is aggregated.

ETA OB on topic: I didn't see the Whiteline Control Wagon springs in the DB. They're:
Front 175-245 lb/in
Rear 96-177 lb/in

Sry if they're in there and I just missed it.

Got a cite for the spring rates? I'll add them.

Sorry, I recall it took me ages to find the rates, I added them to my personal mod list and didn't note down where I found them. IIRC it was from WL, but I can't be sure.

Thank you so much for this. Any idea what '05-'07 STI rates are or are they the same springs as the '04 STi? Didn't see them listed on the spreadsheet.

Just wanted to add this graph i created. It's just a visual way to compare all of the different springs. I think this could be very helpful for some people that are unsure of what they want in a spring. I posted this in a thread I created to do a poll for one of my hw for class and then I realized some other people might find it useful.

Wow, nice work. That does kind of help

BTW, if anyone wants to take over the spreadsheet and has been a regular contributor here, LMK and I will add you to the google doc.
