Default When are you taking off your summer wheels & tires?

When is the sad sad day that everyone to remove their wheels and tires? I think this Sunday I will be taking my rota's off and putting on my stockers with Blizzaks. I love the tires I just hate to see my 17's go down to the basement

Already changed over. And not a moment too soon - we had ~15 cm a couple of days ago.

My Subaru has had snows on all summer...I'm lazy and Azenis are uncomfortable.

My VW and my wife's car got snow tires last weekend. I wasn't planning on it, but when I woke up Sat. morning my wife's car had a flat.

My car has been on snows for a little over the past month. I'm waiting on my Volk CE28N's that should be here for Christmas . One of my Prodrive wheels was damaged in an accident and I await my Volk replacements.

I put my winter set of tires on a little after Halloween, and they stay on my car until a little after Easter.

Mine are already off the car. Neova's and cold weather do not like each other

There is no magic time to change over. You change to winter tires when the temp goes below 40-ish and/or it snows. Thats all.

However, my Kumho Escta SPTs have been fine in weather down to 30 degrees. I just wont drive em in the snow or ice.
