noise from the back

any one out there ?
i thought it was rear window but i think its coming from the rear left side seat belt area. it rattles....maybe i just get a woodpecker in my trunk...

...gets on my nerve..maybe one of the screw is loosen? well i am going to call dealer to check my car. anyone had a same problem? by the way, 3000/3 month is near. do i take my car to dealer and they change my oil or i gotta pay for oil change?
i did not buy extended warranty. its factory warranty. thanks!

Well...maybe I have a fix. I notice a loud rattle from the rear, but I also have a sub in the trunk so it tends to do that. My rattle was fixed by one of my friends putting their hand and later some weght(a book) on the rear deck inside the car just behind the rear pass. seats(where the 3rd brake light is) I think the plastic connectors just don't get the grey plastic/carpet peice tight enough to the metal frame parts. Dunno, hope it helps.
