There are some good posts in this thread http://forums.nasioc.com/forums/show...=arizona+roads

Just some ideas. For the record: I'm not trying to be an ass, I really do think there are some good ideas in that thread.

I hate to inform you, but we're in Arizona, the desert with many Mountains my friend. You could take the 8 towards Cali, before you hit the mountain before Yuma turn around and come back to Phoenix. Thats a flat and windy drive at times. You could also drive out to Lake Pleasant and cruise around the recreation area. Have fun

South Mountain is sweet. I wouldn't take a group of cars up it cause there's always that one guy who gets a little too excited about driving with a group of the same type of cars and will drive like a prick. That kind of guy might put himself through a guardrail out there haha. Such a fun drive though.

Default Great drive!!

I think the 89A from Prescott to Jerome-Sedona is one of the best drives in AZ hands down!! Long straights, twisty mountain roads & beautiful scenery.
