Default Safc Problem(s)

my in-1 is reading constant 5.115v. in-2 is reading .115v w some flux. when i disconnect the maf harness the voltage dies but not dead around .045v for both. ive got a 97 gt w/ a haynes manual and a multimeter. i searched for any info i could find. also my rpm signal isn't working i went off the crank shaft sensor white wire that turned to black. no signal there. but i've got good news tps works premo. any pin #'s for the rpm, maf both o2 sensors would be appreciated. 1 more? isnt safc supposed to read vacuume pressure or am i mistaken.
thanx for the help

the blue wire is only connected to the front o2 sensor for the 97 legacy. try the apexi-usa site for the updated us manual and pin locations:
