I too want a 22mm for the back but it's a little spendy IMO.
I already have a WRX rear bar and it is definitely not enough. Granted, RalliTEK would be nice upgrade front and rear, but I don't want to wish I had even more down the road. And from what I have been reading, AWD cars seem to like a "bigger than normal" rear bar. So, going to wait and do it how I want the first time instead of trying to save money on the bars and wishing I had more later. May end up doing the same with coilovers, as the KW Variant 3 would be nice... , but I like the way the BC BR setup comes with the camber plates and being able to add the rear extenders so don't have to remove trim to adjust the rear shocks...

Thats a pretty good plan. I was in such a hurry to just get swaybars I didnt really pay attention to what my long term goal was
KW v3's are by far one of the best coilovers out there but you have to remember its just an impreza. Were unfortunately under powered by a lot and honestly no one will be putting those nice coilovers to use unless someone here dedicates their car to roadracing/autocross lol. Yet again it is your car, so you are entitled to do whatever you want to it The Bc setup with a lot of suspension bushings and the swaybars as you mentioned will make your car handle extremely well along with able to adjust the ride height a little, where as the KW's are strictly for performance
Sorry if I sound like im trying to inform you to much, but just thought I'd share my opinion, and say its nice to see new member have, imo, a well thought out plan

You have to think holistically though. They may like a bigger than normal rear bar, but most folks run a front bar that is bigger than the rear bar. You may cut down on roll, but hurt your handling more than help it, overall, by just bumping up the rear bar with no change (smaller) or the same front and rear.

Rallitek track sways for the WRX are 22mmR/25mmF. I'm not sure that anyone makes a 25mm bar specific to the 2.5is. You are likely to have to mod the exhaust a bit to fit one if you go that big.

Yes, that is where the cost vs. benefit ratio comes in. It is still a NA Impreza, so why go all out on the KW when I can get most of the benefits, including camber plates, for much less money with the BC. And BC has pretty good customer support and warranty. So that is why I have been leaning that way.

I am upgrading the front sway bar too. Whiteline makes a 22mm front and rear adjustable bars for the NA cars which is what I am planning on going with. So I will have a 22mm front adjustable bar and 22mm rear adjustable bar. Will give me some flexability to play with sway bar rates with the adjustable bars. And fine tune even further with the BC coilovers...

They'll go 120 mph. Electronic limit. I guess that's about 192 or 193 kph.

That's what I thought but around 150 I put it in 5th and it felt sluggish like it wouldn't go past 160

It's going to be sluggish in top at those speeds in top gear, however i've pulled 162 km/h in 3rd (it's a 4EAT), and the speed limit (fuel cut) in my ROM is 189 mph - a little optimistic IMO

Or an empty highway with a Bell Vector 995 and the ability to see in front of you for miles. I know of a couple places like that.

My car actually does very good from 80 to 100 mph, 90 to 110 etc. Must be my rad front lip!
Actually the 225-45 tires and 8 inch wide wheels inspire a lot more confidence at speed than the stock 205-55 rubber on skinny steelies.

I noticed my mud flaps creating more drag on highway though, I bet that limits top speed if the 5-Speed really doesn't have a limiter. Not sure what the RPM range is at top speeds either.. I don't look down much going that fast.

At 140 ish on the 5MT it's like 6k. It's basically maxed out. But I only attempt that in a legal manner

^^ I'm liking the Sparcos! I wish they cam in 8 in. width though. I think you need some UR Flaps.

That's awesome. I always figured my car felt like it had 135 mph in it at least.. but I thought it was limited electrically at 120. Someday I'll have to find a good spot and see what it'll do.

You kind of need some type of tune or something because if not it literally takes forever to get there

Yeah I wish they were 8 inch as well, but it wasn't really a deal killer for me. That extra inch of width from stock is definitively noticeable.

Yepp, it's a WRX grill. Just removed the WRX badge and sprayed the whole thing black!

Is anyone running the dual muffler or catback from AVO on a 2.5i? Thinking about making it the next upgrade.

Current mods.

Rallitek sway bars front and rear + endlinks
AVO air filter
AVO DBW system
